What is the minimum order value on PharmaLink B2B?
The minimum order value is โน5,000 per transaction. For first-time buyers, we offer a trial order facility with a minimum of โน2,500 to help you evaluate our platform and product quality before committing to larger orders.
How do I place a bulk order for medicines?
You can place bulk orders directly from any product page by entering your required quantity, or use our "Bulk Enquiry" form to submit a requirement list. Our sales team will respond within 4 business hours with a detailed quotation including all applicable discounts.
Can I order from multiple suppliers in a single transaction?
Yes, PharmaLink B2B supports multi-seller cart functionality. You can add products from different manufacturers in a single cart checkout. Each seller will fulfill their portion separately but you receive a consolidated invoice.
Is there a way to set up recurring / standing orders?
Yes, our enterprise plan supports standing orders with automated reorder triggers based on your inventory levels. Contact your account manager or write to enterprise@pharmalink.in to set this up.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and business credit lines. For verified enterprise buyers with good transaction history, we also offer Net 30 credit terms through our financial partners.
Do I get a GST invoice for all purchases?
Yes, every transaction on PharmaLink generates a valid GST invoice. We are registered under GST and all sellers on our platform are GST-compliant. You can download invoices from your buyer dashboard at any time.
Are prices on PharmaLink inclusive of GST?
Product prices displayed are generally exclusive of GST. GST (5%, 12% or 18% depending on the product) is added at checkout. The final invoice will clearly show the base price, GST amount and total payable amount.
Can I negotiate prices for large bulk orders?
Yes, our platform supports negotiation for orders above โน1,00,000. Use the "Request Quote" option on any product, or contact our enterprise sales team at bulk@pharmalink.in for customised pricing.
What is the delivery timeline for orders?
Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days. Express delivery with next-day service is available for metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) for an additional charge.
Do you deliver to all states in India?
Yes, we deliver to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. We have logistics partnerships with Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx and specialised pharma cold-chain providers for coverage across 27,000+ pin codes.
Is cold-chain delivery available for temperature-sensitive products?
Yes, cold-chain delivery is available for vaccines, biologics and other temperature-sensitive products requiring 2-8ยฐC storage. Cold chain orders require advance booking of at least 3 days and attract a premium charge.
What is the return policy on PharmaLink B2B?
We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects, wrong product delivered, or significant quality deviations. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery through your buyer dashboard. Products with broken seals or opened packaging may not be eligible for return.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and quality-checked by the seller. The amount is credited back to your original payment method or your PharmaLink wallet for faster future purchases.
What documents are required to register as a buyer?
To register as a buyer you need: (1) Valid Drug License (DL) from state drug authority, (2) GST Registration Certificate, (3) Business PAN Card, (4) Cancelled cheque for bank verification, (5) Aadhaar or ID proof of authorised signatory. Verification is completed within 24-48 hours.
Is registration on PharmaLink B2B free?
Yes, buyer registration is completely free with no hidden fees. Sellers can list up to 50 products for free. Premium seller plans with enhanced visibility and analytics start at โน2,999/month.
Can hospitals and clinics without a Drug License buy from PharmaLink?
Hospitals and clinics purchasing medicines must hold a valid Drug License. However, medical equipment, consumables, supplements and FMCG health products can be purchased with only GST registration.
How do you ensure product quality on the platform?
Every seller undergoes a rigorous 5-step verification: (1) Drug license verification, (2) GMP certificate check, (3) CDSCO registration confirmation, (4) Physical facility audit (for sellers above โน50L/year), (5) Sample testing for new product categories. We maintain a 0-tolerance policy for counterfeit products.
What certifications do your products carry?
Products on our platform carry one or more of these certifications: WHO-GMP, ISO 9001:2015, CDSCO Schedule M, FSSAI (food/nutraceuticals), AYUSH (Ayurvedic), and for export-quality products, US FDA, EU GMP or TGA Australia certifications.
How can I register as a seller/manufacturer on PharmaLink?
Go to our Vendor Registration page, complete the form with your business details and upload required documents (Drug License, GST, GMP certificate, product catalogue). Our vendor onboarding team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
What commission does PharmaLink charge sellers?
PharmaLink charges a transaction fee of 2.5-5% on completed orders, depending on product category and seller tier. There are no listing fees for the first 50 products. Premium placement and advertising tools are available separately.
